Swimming Pool, Howth, Co. Dublin

The 12m indoor swimming pool is built into the side of a hill below and in front of the client's residence. The spectacular views looking south over Dublin Bay from the main reception rooms of the house remain unobstructed. External walls are finished in a stone similar in colour and blend to the local Howth stone so that it integrates naturally into the surrounding environment. The roof of the pool which is approximately at ground floor level of the house is hard landscaped surrounded by frameless glass guarding to provide a large outdoor reception space with unobstructed views over Dublin Bay.
