Joe McSweeney

Joe McSweeney qualified from DIT Bolton Street in 1978 with Honours in Architectural Technology. He spent 3 years working on various projects in London. On his return to Dublin he worked with Keane Murphy Duff Architects for 3 years as Project Architect and Site Architect on a number of large scale commercial projects. He set up Joe McSweeney Architects in 1983. Joe has wide experience in all aspects of the building process and an in-depth knowledge of Planning Law, Building Regulations and Contract, Health & Safety, and Conservation of Protected Structures. Joe is a Registered Architect and a Member of the RIAI and was President of the GIAI (Group of Independent Architects of Ireland) from 1995-1998.
